Refund & Returns

MJFORNIA LLC gladly accept returns or exchanges for purchases made in our online store within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Goods purchased at any of our pop up booths at trade fairs, events, shopping malls.
  • All returned items must be new, unused condition with tags still attached.

If you purchased the product from an authorized X-over® dealer location or websiteother than, please contact the retailer directly.

You can return the product to us within 30 days of your purchase date using our pre-paid return shipping label. The returned items must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. (If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry!)

Please note

  • $10.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund as a return processing fee. 
  • The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase

Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

Follow the instructions below to get our pre-paid return shipping label:

  1. Send an email to with the subject "Return Request".
  2. In the email, include the following details:
    a. Order #
    b. Customer name
    c. Product name and size
  3. Wait for a response from the support team confirming the return request and providing a pre-paid return shipping label.
  4. Print the pre-paid return shipping label to attach to your package.
  5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. In order to receive your refund. make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials and tags still attached. 
  6. Drop off your return package.

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team and we'd be stoked to help you out!

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.


Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a refund. You can go back and purchase what you need.
