Nature, Panoramic Views, Experiences...aren’t these the reasons we so love the outdoors and are constantly driven to explore new horizons? Even though July is a hot month, it’s also the totally iconic Summer month.
June seems to always be full of last minute work and school tasks, doesn’t it? July is when we get to really stop and take a moment for ourselves. For us, getting out doors is our favorite way to spend our days together!
One of our favorite way to get outside in July is....
Surfing
Living by the beach in sunny California it would be a crime not taking full advantage of the local surf spots. Going by the hairstyle it’s probably an easy task to find out who the surfer is amongst us!
We love that X-over bags are big enough to hold all of the surf essentials (wax, water, snack and towel), but not so big that it interferes with getting to the beach. The 3-point carrying-systems helps stabilize the bag from moving forward, especially when riding a bike.
Some of Rene’s favorite surf spots in the South Bay are Manhattan Beach (Northside Pier) and The Cove in Palos Verdes. And guess what? X-over bag means no pesky beach bag straps falling off your shoulders while you’re trying to carry your board up the cliff from the Cove! (If you’re a local, you know exactly what we’re talking about!)
